Booking Advice
A consultation is required prior to every treatment so please could you allow up to 15 minutes before your appointment for this to be completed. This is so the most effective treatment can be given to you on the day. To avoid disappointment, should you currently be under any medical attention for serious health conditions, a doctor’s note will need to be supplied to me confirming that it is safe for you to have a treatment such as massage and the use of essential oils. There is no waiting area at The Little Lodge Spa therefore there is no room for other people to wait for you whilst you’re in your treatment.

Pregnancy
I have specially designed treatments that will be suitable for you during this special time. Unfortunately, I do not offer any Spa Treatments during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.

What To Bring...
For your comfort, we will provide you with towels, a luxurious fluffy robe & slippers. Please bring a bathing costume if you are using the hydrotherapy pool; also remember not to have a false/spray tan before you come as you will not be allowed to use the pool – it spoils the filtering system.

Covid-19
If you are feeling unwell or have any symptoms of Covid-19, please advise me as soon as possible and do not come to the spa for your appointment. I would ask that you do not visit for a minimum of 14 days. 

Gift Vouchers
The Little Lodge Spa Gift Vouchers are available and are an ideal present for someone special or to treat someone you care about. Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the purchase date and must be used within this time. Failure to comply with this will leave your Gift Voucher irredeemable. Gift Vouchers are valid only for treatments and individual packages, they cannot be used for experiences. They are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or used to buy another gift voucher. Please bring your gift voucher along to your appointment to be able to redeem it. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation Policy
A deposit is required for all appointments made. These deposits are strictly non-refundable unless re-arranging your appointment date and time at least 48 hours before. This can only be done once before losing your original deposit.
A charge for last minute cancellations and no shows strictly applies. Bookings cancelled with 48 hours will be charged 100% of the total treatment cost.
When using a gift voucher to book this will act as your deposit. The cost will be taken from the voucher for less than 48 hour cancellations.
Arriving late for your appointment may mean it’s not possible to run over timing due to other clients in after yourself, although I always try my best to work around late arrivals.
